An Exciting, New, Fun Community Newspaper Kid Creative Feature

New Kid Readers:

Kids’ Creative Stuff’n Such attracts new kid readers, big time, using a unique new approach.  On the KCS’nS page kids are frequently invited to check out their newspaper to learn, in various ways, how to develop their creative talents.  Kids quickly learn that newspapers are the best, most convenient place to learn how to be an awesome cartoonist, artist, photographer or writer from the worlds’ most creative professionals.  This editorial cartoon library page drawing exercise is a good example of how kids are “attracted” into their newspaper the KCS’nS way.

Does the Kids’ Creative Stuff’n Such method of getting kids to regularly look into their newspapers work?  Almost without exception, publishing newspapers report they have received far more kid submissions than they anticipated (e.g. the Standard Freeholder – 6,100 original artwork submissions the first year and the Kingston Whig-Standard – 6,400 original artwork submissions the first year)
